    Description

    Little chilean winery situated in the beginning of the Ande Cordillere, biological work in the vine and the wine is natural and all the process and hand made, without electicity.
    The landscapes are beautiful and the place very quiet, at night the clear sky of this area from Chile allows you to see the exceptional beauty of the starry nights. Accommodation is in a small brick house in one piece and 2 additional rooms pallets. There is no electricity yet, but we're implementing a little solar sistem.

    Petite vigne Chilienne installée dans la pre cordillère, le travail à la vigne est biologique, et le vin produit est naturel et toutes les étapes d'élaboration se font sans électricité, à la main.
    Les paysages sont magnifiques et l'endroit très tranquille, la nuit le ciel pur de cette zone du Chili permet voir un ciel étoilé d'une rare beauté. Le logement se fait dans une petite maison en brique d'une pièce et 2 pièces supplémentaires en palettes. Il n'y a pas encore d'électricité, mais une instalation solaire est en cours.

    I'm part of the turistic group of Salamanca, travellers can visit diferents places with Petroglifs (stone drawing from before the Inca), go for a walk in the montain, visit museum, beer factory, quartz mine, wine tours from the wine cooperative of Choapa...
    I'm part of the "Mercado de la Tierra" of Salamanca from Slow Food. Every 2 week, on friday we have a natural food exhibition on the principal place of the city.
    In my winery travellers will learn how to do wine without electricity and without quimical.


    Je fais partie du réseau touristique de Salamanca, les voagers peuvent visiter différents endroits avec des Pétroglyphes (dessins sur pierre pré Inca), marcher dans les montagnes, visiter des musés, des brasseries, une mine de quartz, une route des vins de la coopérative du Choapa...
    Je fais partie du "Marché de la Terre" de Salamanca de Slow Food. Toutes les 2 semaines, le vendredi, nous faisons un marché de nourriture naturelle sur la place principale de la ville.
    Au vignoble, les voyageurs apprendrons comment faire du vin sans électricité y sans produits chimique.

    Task list in order of urgency.
    1) Building and repair old adobe house for using them.
    2) Eco Construction pallets and tires for housing parts and a storage and bottle labeling room and a sales room.
    3) Establishing a water purification system and water recovery ambient humidity by condensation.
    4) establishment of a vegetable garden for self supply and development of green and flowering areas for tourism development.
    5) From March to May, harvest and winemaking. (harder work)

    1) Construction et réparation de maisons en adobe pour les rendre habitables.
    2) Eco construction en palettes et en pneumatiques de pièces de logement et d'une salle de stockage et étiquetage des bouteilles, ainsi que d'une salle de vente.
    3) Mise en place d'un système de potabilisation de l'eau et de récupération de l'humidité ambiante par condensation.
    4) mise en place d'un potager pour l'auto alimentation, et aménagement de zones vertes et fleuries pour le développement touristique.
    5) De mars a mai, vendanges et vinification. (Travail plus dur)

    We have a small brick house equipped, with kitchen, I provide the 3 food for day and we all cook together. And the dependencies built with pallets, with a room for 4 people. Limited consumption of alcohol.


    Nous avons une petite maison en brique équipée, avec cuisine, je fournis la nourriture pour les 3 repas quotidiens et nous cuisinons tous ensemble. Plus une dépendance construite en palettes avec une pièce pour 4 personnes. Consommation restreinte d'alcohol.

    Salamanca is a Chilean city and commune in Choapa Province, Coquimbo Region. It is located 30 km (19 mi) east of Illapel, the province's administrative center, and 316 km (196 mi) north of Santiago, Chile. It is normally accessed from Los Vilos, which lies next to the Panamerican Highway, and connects the city to the rest of the country.

    Salamanca sits on the north bank of the Choapa River and within the Choapa valley.
