Portugal - Enjoy Portuguese beaches while teaching and sharing your English language skills in Alentejo Coast

  Description

  We are a family of 3 people - a couple whith a 18 years old son. We love the beach and my son particularly likes surfing and bodybord so we spent a lot of time at our beach house during the summer. The house is situated in a small village close to beautiful beaches and internationally known as Comporta beach (In fact, we have two holiday homes: the one shown in the pictures and an apartment in Fuzeta, Algarve, opposite the beach. Sometimes we stay in one house, other times in the other, depending on the weather in each area).
  We are looking for an English teacher - (english mather tongue from Ireland, UK or Canada, ...) who can help to improve my English. We need 3/4 hours/day of lesson/conversation.
  
  You will have a private room with a bathroom for yourself in either house, and of course you will always have breakfast. I will prepare some of the meals for you, but we can also prepare them together, or you can use the kitchen to prepare your own meals.

  Portugal has a climate, gastronomy and wonderful beaches. So you can meet and enjoy our beaches, get to know our gastronomy and get involved in the local community (the house is located in a small village). On the other hand, we are at 1h10 from the well known Lisbon where you can enjoy its museums, shops, cultural centers, ...
  If you like the food we could teach you how to cook typical Portuguese dishes and our Mediterranean culture

  Accommodation

  2026- only end of march until 12 of Abril or in june -
  we offer our beach house which has 3 bedrooms to share with us. You will have a bedroom and bathroom for you. You can use the kitchen and the whole house for sharing with me (my husband is only present on a few weekends). We also offer breakfast. We expect to have 4 hours of English conversation per day with me or with us. The rest of the time you can enjoy and have fun o

  What else ...

  The house described is located in a small village. To go to Lisbon or other places, you can use public transport, but having a car is very useful (of course, I will give you a lift sometimes, but if you don't want to be dependent, you will need to have your own car). If the weather is bad on the Atlantic coast, I use the apartment in the Algarve (Fuzeta) more, which has two bedrooms and a swimming pool in a gated community/condominiun.
