 - Description- We would really appreciate a helping hand and we would love to share our platypus sighting with you. We would also love some help and share in your Australian adventures.
We would really love to welcome you to our patch in paradise. We know you won’t be disappointed. Our life is varied with many choices. We are decorating a small cabin so an artistic flair, an ability to build or learn to build would be great. We would love help gardening, and we’re planning on planting a small fig orchard. Can you help??? We have a 35 acre farm that has a persimmon orchard, a fruit tree propagation nursery, a mixed exotic fruit orchard and a Bed and Breakfast.
We have a huge lake with platypus, fish and for canoeing and swimming and we sit in among the hills. An abundance of birds and wildlife surround us.
We are presently hatching some baby chickens in our incubator, should be interesting and fun. We had six and are keen to try again.
We looking for workawayers to help us bring the gardens up to scratch and who would like to get involved in a small renovation. There is always plenty of things to do here, whether we are having a creative moment, working in the orchard, or doing things around the house or the cabin.
We have been hosts since 2001 and have had some wonderful experiences with international travellers many of whom we have stayed in contact with and visited overseas.
We are keen travellers, readers, movie watchers.
We are looking for a single person or a couple.
Your accommodation will be a large caravan and bathroom, or our newly decorated cabin We will eat together, and if you want to create in the kitchen you are very welcome. We look forward to welcoming you to our patch of paradise. Do not hesitate if you have any questions. Internet readily available
Thank you for reading this and happy travelling. Cheers Jeanette and David

The work was varied and occasionally hard, but never too many hours. Mealtimes were great for chatting and everyone took part in cooking and cleaning. Friday pizza night is not to be missed. And the caravan is comfortable.
Best of all is the dam for a daily dip!
Thank you.
