You’ll have the opportunity to stay in one of the best hostels in Split and our friendly team will be able to welcome you to the city and give you their inside tips, there is also opportunity to go on many exciting tours that will take you on an adventure.

We are hostel in Split, Croatia, and looking for some help with the reception, cleaning and general maintenance during the season.
Help in running the hostel. Depending on your preferences as well, but generally experience in housekeeping, hospitality, being around people etc is welcome.

It was three incredible weeks, I couldn't expect better for a first workaway experience.
I am really glad to have been able to discover Split, the surrounding towns and the management of a hostel at the same time!
I already miss a lot of the hostel family.

I was here for 2 months, my experience was great, Matea is the hostel´s manager, she is really a good person.
