    Description

Namaste and welcome to our lovely homestay in the jungle of Chitwan National park!

My name is Mahesh, and we are a family of 4; my wife Fulkumari, my son Aaryan (14 years old), my daughter Asbina (11 years old), and I. Our house is located in Magartol, a small village next to Sauraha, next to the river. We have a small garden, a chicken, and a cow, and we grow our vegetables. Our place is only a 30-minute walk from the touristic area of the town, ideal for people looking for a quiet place and wanting to have an authentic experience of living in a jungle. We have a tent in our garden, and you can wake up to the sun rising from the river right in front of you. I also have a guide office and a jeep, so I can also organize walking and jeep tours.

Experience living with a local family in a jungle, so you will get both! The local experience; learning about our customs, language, traditions, stories... And the jungle experience; seeing wild animals, learning about them, learning how to defend yourself, what to do, what not to do... In addition, we can provide guidance and information to any questions you may have about things to do in Chitwan/ walking tours/ safaris/ etc...

    Help

-We need help with the daily tasks of the house like gardening, animal care, cooking, our daily chores... The most important thing for us is that you feel at home and are a part of our family, so you will be doing whatever we will be doing, and you'll be learning and living our way of living.

-I want to build a platform higher from the ground for the safari tent because sometimes there are floods in the monsoon season, so if you can help with building it would be awesome!

We'd also like to practice and improve our English!
