Welcome to our family home renovation project near Peniche, Portugal! Our cozy home, located in a charming village just 6 km from Peniche, is undergoing renovations, and we're striving to make it a sustainable haven. We're committed to reusing and recycling materials in the renovation project and transforming our garden into a flourishing food forest. With a 12-month-old baby in tow, we're seeking a helping hand.

Help
Part-time Volunteering (10 hours per week):
Volunteers will dedicate 10 hours per week primarily focused on house renovation tasks. This arrangement is unpaid, but volunteers will benefit from the following:
- Flexible schedule to explore the beautiful surroundings of Peniche and the nearby village.
- Opportunity to immerse yourself in sustainable living practices and community engagement.

During your stay, you'll have the entire house to yourself, providing privacy and independence. We reside in a nearby studio just 400 meters away, ensuring that you have our support nearby if needed. While undergoing renovations, it offers a comfortable retreat with simple amenities including a bedroom, shared living space, kitchen, bathroom and WiFi internet. The house is filled with natural light and surrounded by a spacious garden, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation after volunteering and exploring the area. We encourage you to make yourself at home and contribute your ideas to enhance our cozy abode during your stay. Our house is just a 2-minute walk from the project, approximately 500 meters away, making it easy to access for laundry needs.
