    Description

    Hello! My name is Dr. Nattamon, and I am the manager of a private kindergarten in Phetchaburi, Thailand.

    Since 2007, our school has been providing a warm and inspiring environment where young children learn through play, exploration, creativity, and meaningful experiences. We believe children learn best by doing, communicating, and discovering the world around them.

    We are looking for native or fluent English speakers who enjoy spending time with young children and would like to experience authentic Thai culture through cultural exchange. Teaching experience is not required. Kindness, patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are what matter most.

    As a volunteer, you will join our daily activities by reading stories, singing songs, playing games, joining arts and crafts, outdoor play, and simply interacting with children in English. Our teaching team will always work alongside you, so you will never be expected to teach or manage a classroom on your own.

    Our school is located in the historic province of Phetchaburi, close to Cha-am Beach and Hua Hin. We hope you will enjoy sharing your language and culture while discovering the warmth of Thai people and becoming part of our school family.

    We look forward to welcoming you!

  • Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

    We believe that cultural exchange is a two-way experience. While our children have the opportunity to hear authentic English and learn about different cultures, our volunteers can experience everyday life in Thailand and become part of our school community.

    You will have the chance to learn about Thai culture, local traditions, festivals, food, and early childhood education. Our teachers are always happy to share ideas, experiences, and teaching practices.

    We also encourage volunteers to introduce their own language, culture, traditions, music, games, or celebrations to our children. These shared experiences create meaningful memories for everyone and help children develop an open mind and a global perspective.

    Describe the kind of help you’d like

    We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers who enjoy spending time with young children.

    Your role is to support our English learning environment through natural interaction rather than formal teaching. You will work alongside our teaching team and will never be expected to manage a classroom on your own.

    You may help by:

    * Reading stories
    * Singing songs
    * Playing games
    * Joining arts and crafts
    * Taking part in outdoor activities
    * Talking and playing with children in English
    * Sharing your culture and traditions

    Kindness, patience, and a positive attitude are much more important than teaching experience.

    We usually ask for around 4–5 hours of help per day, 5 days a week, giving you plenty of free time to relax or explore Thailand.

    This host offers a language exchange
    We are happy to help volunteers learn basic Thai and understand everyday life in Thailand. In return, we hope our volunteers will enjoy communicating with our children and teachers in English. We believe language learning happens naturally through daily conversation, shared experiences, and cultural exchange.

    Accommodation

    The accommodation is located approximately 4 km from the kindergarten. Volunteers can easily travel between the accommodation and the school by bicycle, motorbike, or car.

    We offer comfortable private accommodation in one of two locations, depending on availability.

    The first option is a private room on the third floor of our school building, with a private bathroom. Volunteers also have access to a shared living area with a refrigerator, coffee corner, and massage chair.

    The second option is a private room in my family home, where volunteers can share the kitchen and enjoy the living room with a TV and massage chair.

    Both accommodations are clean, safe, comfortable, and include free Wi-Fi.

    On working days, volunteers are provided with a complimentary home-cooked Thai lunch prepared by our school chef. Tea, coffee, and drinking water are available free of charge throughout the day.

    We hope our volunteers will feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home during their stay with us.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

    We are a friendly and welcoming kindergarten that values kindness, respect, and cultural exchange.

    During your free time, you can explore the historic city of Phetchaburi, visit beautiful temples and local markets, or relax at Cha-am Beach and Hua Hin, all within easy reach.

    We kindly ask our volunteers to respect our school environment, dress appropriately when working with young children, and communicate openly with our team whenever they have any questions or need support.

    If you enjoy working with children, learning about Thai culture, and becoming part of a warm school community, we would love to hear from you.
