    Description

Hello! I'm currently looking for a cat and house sitter to stay for a few little trips I will be taking over the next few months. About a week in mid August and another one in October. Other then that, I would consider someone to help out with a video project I am doing on Instagram. So someone(s) with experience making and editing videos would be good.

I am looking for someone who is a very good communicator, attentive to keeping the cats safe and well taken care of, and patient with being jumped on in the middle of the night by a ball of cuteness kitten who is growing up fast. I also have 2 older girl cats who are sisters and reasonably patient with their new little brother.

I will need references from other cat care experiences. And proof of the appropriate visa for Thailand. Unfortunately, I've had issues with people not having the right visa before... But it's east to stay here in Thailand on a tourist for 30 to 60 days, no problem, depending on your passport country.

I always have creative project going on and might have a few little other things to work on. If the timing and conditions work out for your visit to Chiang Mai, please contact me!

From here on is my usual profile.

I make spiritually inspired silver and gemstone jewelry based on the chakras in the body. I also teach a variety of workshops including how to read chakras with a pendulum. I have enjoyed the help from great workawayers in the past to take photos and help with web upkeep. I have written a few books and I also facilitate TRE - Trauma Release Exercise.

A bit about me - I moved to Thailand from America 11 and a half years ago to get a new perspective on life and to give my body a chance to heal after many years of excessive work. I thought I was coming for 4 months, but that 11 years ago. HAHA! I have been working with gemstones for a long long time and really love what I do. My goal is to help people connect more deeper to their sense of inner knowing. By doing that, my hope is that we all can live in a more aligned and harmonious world.

The town where I live is full of people from around the world, as well as many different groups of Thais including multiple hill tribe people. There are many amazing people to meet as well as beautiful areas to visit.

The nature is gorgeous as well. Always some kind of flowers blooming. Multiple natural hot springs are about 25 minutes away. There's so many temples and beautiful locations all around. I'm still exploring myself...

Throughout Chiang Mai state, there are waterfalls, hot springs, beautiful forest trekking, elephant camps, swimming pools, local weekly and daily markets, white water rafting, lots of temples. Walking street markets in town offers many types of food and local handicrafts for sale every evening.

I am always looking for help to promote and update my website. Sometimes, I need photos taken of my jewelry, including malas and pendulums mostly. Sometimes I need informational videos taken of me for the website. I need help promoting my site and getting me out there in www-land, whatever that looks like.

You would possibly need experience with product photography - experience with gemstones is a major plus. You might be experienced with videography and can create a safe environment for me to be comfortable in front of the camera. You might be experienced with website development and marketing.

If the situation feels right, I would like to travel and would then need someone to help with care for my cats. I have 3 cats, 2 biological sisters and my new Henry boy kitten. They would need to be fed and taken care of. Their litter box would need to be cleaned regularly as well. There are plants on the porch that need care as well, Don't worry - the massive garden is cared for monthly by Thai gardeners.

You would need to show me your visa to guarantee that you can stay for the time agreed. In the past, I had a problem with someone not having a valid visa and getting arrested. That was not a good situation for anyone!

I think this would be a great situation for one person or a couple who are digital nomads and need a quiet space to work but would like to be near great places to explore. This area has so much to offer. To the west of my house is old town Chiang Mai - within 25 minutes. To the east is multiple hot spring areas, beautiful mountains and great hiking and biking trails.

My spacious house is 25 minutes from old town Chiang Mai and 12 minutes from Central Festival Mall. It is in a very local neighborhood with many cute markets within 5 minutes, and a larger western grocery store within 8 minutes. I am blessed with a great front lawn that faces east, where I love to watch the sun rise each morning. I have very few neighbors on my small road. Except for the inevitable Thai event in the surrounding neighborhood, it's very peaceful here.

You would have your own bedroom and use of the house including a living room with a TV you can plug your laptop into, a fully equipped kitchen, an inside sitting area which has lots of board games to enjoy, as well as 2 outdoor spaces to relax in. There's limited weights for home gym time available as well.

You will need a motorbike to use while you are here. If you are not comfortable with that, you can use one of the taxi services, which are not expensive at all. I have good wifi and well water, which I filter using a pitcher. There is a/c in the bedrooms and living room, and fans all over the house.

There are multiple fruit trees on the property, including coconut, mango, lime, kefir lime, custard apple, jackfruit and more. You are welcome to any fruit that may be in season while you are here. All organic and never sprayed with anything!

This is a drug free house. No weed, no cigarettes, no alcohol.

My reviews mention Pai, where I used to live. I don't live there anymore but could always recommend places to visit there if you were interested. My current location is San Sai, near Doi Saket. I am not in Old Town, but it's just 25 minutes away. This area is very peaceful, except for the bird drama, which is real... haha

I have good wifi and a peaceful space to work in. There are a variety of places around the house to work from, in your room, on one of the 2 porches, on the table in the public space, on comfy couch in the living room.
