Description
Hi, I'm Phil. We are located in the beautiful coffee region overlooking Costa Rica's central valley. We have a gorgeous 2 acre meditation garden made from part of our coffee plantation that features a river, 12 meditation benches, old growth manicured hedges, peat rock paths, flowers and fruit trees. I am interested in opening the meditation garden to events and would like help doing so.

Travelers benefit from staying in an environment that is off the beaten path; therefore. they experience the real Costa Rica. Their host authored Costa Rica Now / Travel Live and Own in Paradise, and has almost 30 years experience living, building and working in Costa Rica,. I can guide and advise them about their future Costa Rica travels and what it takes to adapt to the Costa Rican lifestyle the locals live. Guests have an opportunity to improve Spanish skills, and learn about coffee farming, coffee milling and coffee processing as well as experience a permaculture environment.

Beautiful studio or guest house when unoccupied. When occupied, Workawayers are provided a bedroom with a private bath and a private kitchen.
What else ...
We are located in the hills of San Isidro de Heredia, a region that produces some of Costa Rica's finest coffee. Our ranch has exquisite panoramic views of Irazu volcano, Turrialba volcano, Braulio Carrillo national park and the night time lights of San Jose. Close by things to do are La Paz Waterfall gardens, Zip lines, good local hiking as well and the village of San Isidro, which is only one mile away and has bus service and a variety of amenities. Taxis are quickly available and inexpensive. Uber is here and even cheaper.
