Large house on 1 acre (4000sqm) located on the outskirts of the quiet township of Alstonville. Only 8km from lovely beaches, 50km from Border Ranges National Park and 120km from Gold Coast.
Help includes gardening, pruning, cleaning, some house maintenance, and looking after about 20 chickens.
Close to other family and an alpaca farm, property also has a private swimming pool.
German background, receptive to people of all nationalities and ages.
