    Description

Hi! We are Eliza & Tristan, an Australian couple who fell in love with Myoko. We own a lodge nestled in the mountains of Japan, a short 3 minute drive to Ikenotaira Ski Resort.
We fell in love with Myoko as it is such a beautiful area, with great snow and is rich in Japanese culture.
We are currently searching for a chef and lodge assistant to join our team for the 2026/2027 Winter Season. We are still confirming the roster for the lodge assistant, but the chef will be 30-40hrs per week. 6 breakfast shifts, 3 dinner shifts and provisioning.
We are also looking for some handy helpers throughout the year to help with some lodge Reno’s to get ready for next season.

We live in a small peaceful neighbourhood, a 3minute drive from Ikenotaira ski resort. Imori Pond and the visitor centre is a short walk away, along with the resort which has a beautiful Onsen. We love meeting new people and would love to share our home in the mountains with you! We cant wait to welcome you into our team and get to show you all the amazing things that Myoko has to offer, like all of the amazing japanese cuisine,. You will love it! If you are joining us for the winter season you will be able to meet so many amazing people from all over the world. Meeting new guests and hearing about their lives is one of my favourite things about running our lodge.
