Seeking musicians and builders for small festival the last week of October!!!♥️🙏
If you have a learning mentality, enjoy working with the land and natural materials, preparing quality food, creating art, music, or having philosophical conversations that lead to personal development and the abundance of our planet, come share your magic and creations to spice up this peaceful portal!
This property serves as an artist residency on an incredible piece of fertile land. I host herbal workshops and small festivals and retreats here on the property and share with the musicians, artists and spiritualists that come here to develop and play.
The house is on rolling hills, meadows and forest where you can walk in peace and enjoy beautiful views, birds chirping and harmonize with Mother Nature and appreciate the simplicity of the Bulgarian countryside way of life. This is a safe space for those who need a break from whatever they need a break from, to create and express in a stress-free environment.
I genuinely want volunteers to come share and enjoy the space for their own personal development, as well as add some of their essence to the projects here on the property, I do appreciate help with physical tasks and gardening as well. :)
I don't have WIFI here but the phone signal is good. This is a great place to forget about the internet and the outside world. -

Depending on timing, you can learn about silence, herbal medicine, foraging, gardening, meditation, singing, songwriting, loving a horse, food preparation, and how to embrace freedom in your heart. You can benefit if you would like psychic and clean energetic space to explore your craft and/or deepen your spiritual practice.

Help
This is a non-for-profit residency for musicians, artists and healers. I prefer if you can manage your own essentials and economy and work as much as you see fit. I love to share and usually have an abundance of tasty homemade stuff, although everyone is responsible for their own food. Our market offers affordable and quality food.
I am currently fostering a pregnant horse and building up the property for the arrival of a foal. :) this requires a lot of wood working and engineering, and I could benefit greatly from a creative mind that can think in a different way.
You are welcome to come here to explore your craft, rest in a peaceful environment and utilize the materials and equipment that are available, and enjoy the atmosphere to create. Our exchange will be organized based on what you would like to share here, and if I need help when you would like to join. :) Sometimes the house is full, and some months of the year I am quiet and in meditation.
Everyone keeps their own schedule for eating/sleeping/practicing, although mornings are quiet for meditations and personal practice. I encourage those who stay here to adapt to their personal needs.
There are times the property is available for solitude to stay at the house alone, as I often travel for longer periods of time. There can be opportunities for longer stays and house sitting if you have experience with horses and can water the garden.
There is a big workshop and a lot of recycled wood and many art and craft supplies as well as a sewing machine. There is always help needed with the garden and small projects and I am very open to ideas on projects that you may think up!
I have faith that all volunteers can take care of themselves while respecting the space and taking pride in their own art, and in helping the property grow.
I love to share, laugh, cook, garden, forage for food and medicine in the wild, make music with others, stretch, walk, meditate, sew, relax and contemplate on the essences that give life meaning, while enjoying life as a theater! This is a great place to participate in creative endeavors while being able to enjoy down time with the earth and appreciate nature and your own heart beat. -

Accommodation
Several private spaces for sleeping indoors and outdoors. Separate outdoor kitchen and a bathroom with a nice shower. Sometimes we share meals, it just depends on what's going on around the property! We go to town every Tuesday for the farmer's market and shopping at the local supermarket.

What else ...
There is abundant outside space for relaxing, an electric piano, 2 guitars, a handpan drum and some other small instruments. Musicians welcome! There is ample space for private meditation or yoga sessions, or whatever activity you need quiet and privacy for.
The nearby town is about 12-minute drive, and a 30-minute bus from Burgas. It's a quiet life here, but if you are eager to explore, you can find a bus to the sea easily, and hitch hike around or find a bus to many beautiful and fun places. -
