Description
We are two brothers with our team running a small glamping resort (34 cabins and a spa area) looking for some help with our thriving business.
We do everything in-house from designing to building cabins. We also have several projects ongoing at the same time, from improving our site, landscaping to creating art projects to renew our offer. We love creating things and coming up with a bunch of different ideas and it helps to have people from around the world contributing to this kind of big communal project.

We are French Canadians and we are more than happy to share our culture and language with travelers interested in immersing themselves in our daily lives and local activities. We do many things in-house from designing and building ecological cabins, landscaping or taking care of farm animals and of our little garden. Depending on when you would like to join us, you might learn different skills depending on your strengths and interests. You will also meet members of our community and exchange with all kinds of personalities.

We are looking for resourceful, independent persons to join our housekeeping team and also our terrain team.
We now have openings for Spring-Summer 2025 ! (May to mid November)
Housekeeping:
Daily cleaning and verification of cleaned cabins, sanitary blocks and common areas.
Terrain:
Experience is essential to carry out manual tasks and maintenance work on cabins and other buildings on site.
The position also includes a number of daily tasks such as taking care of the animals and maintaining their paddocks (ducks, chickens, rabbits and goats), maintaining the spa area, preparing and distributing bags of wood to the cabins, collecting garbage, emptying outdoor fireplaces, cleaning the exterior windows of the cabins, landscaping.
Both positions could include landscaping, gardening and various manual work
*** A valid driving licence is essential to work onsite
If you're ready to work 7 hours a day, 5 days a week, and want to stay 6 months or more in our beautiful region, we might have a spot for you! Wage will vary with experience and position.
Every day is different here, and that's why the right persons should be adaptable and a team player! Those are full time positions (35 hours per week approx)

You will be sharing a house located 5 minutes away from the place with 5 bedrooms (you will have your private room), a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a common area and a garden. We provide WI-FI.
What else ...
There's a lot to see and do close to our resort, if you're an outdoorsy person! From the beach to mountains, we're surrounded by charming small towns and hiking trails. We will be happy to give you a lift now and then, but it is easier to move around if you have a car :)
Also, whenever it’s possible you can enjoy our spa area and even sleep in our beautiful cabins when they are not rented!

This is just an amazing & idyllic place, created with a lot of love and care. The whole resort is eco-friendly and offers modern accommodations in a forest setting, which makes the work day just nicer to work in such an environment.

I was at the resort for 1 1/2 month. It was my first workaway ever and an amazing experience. I got to know so many nice and different people. I learned about cleaning and enjoyed being in the forest so close to nature. The landscape and the cabins are amazing as well as the team here!

David is the man to have around! He's always ready to help and is very proactive. He was good at doing outside work like shoveling, but also for housekeeping (cleaning) tasks.

Great couple! They are very helpful, motivated and talented! Ask them a little song or 2 to put ambiance to your nights! The are multitasked and helped us with outside work, housecleaning and also a bit of translation work. They are truth travellers and will adapted with all people. We recommend you find room for them, you won't regret it!

I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was amazing. I shared a room with another girl from workaway and I had a lot of fun. The work is every day different: you can clean the cabins, do paintings, prepare some wood packages or food for the clients. When you can speak French you also can work at the front desk.
