  Description

  My name is Amedeo, and I am 39 years old. I'm quite a mix of nationalities; the dominant ones are Italian, Bulgarian, and Russian. I have lived in the US, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Israel and have visited many other countries and islands. I love art in all its forms. My animal-friendly farm is around 8.000 sqm. There are fruit trees, walnut trees, hazelnut trees, a vineyard, and more. I do not have the final picture of what I want to do in my life, but for now, my consciousness tells me to make clean food that I can share.

  I believe you can learn from everyone and everything, and therefore, observation, communication, and sharing of experiences are vital for enriching both sides. I speak fluent Bulgarian, Italian, and English, as well as basic Spanish, which I would love to practice with the volunteers. If there is someone interested, I can share my lifestyle, my diet, my training routine, and my philosophy of life in general.
  I also have a recording studio, a Tibetan gong and singing bowls, didgeridoos, a handpan, kosha bells, and guitars, so musicians have a special place in my heart.

  Help

  There is a lot of tasks to be done, like gardening, finishing the diy,, and caring for animals. I have several goats and some chickens for dairy and eggs. I have all the needed tools and materials; the only thing I need is people happy to help and happy to be here.
  
  There are many things that you can be useful with, like cleaning, art projects, or various other tasks that might pop up. However, the highest priority goes to gardening and diy projects. Since I cook for myself from many years I will not ask you to cook. If you like the meals I prepare we can eat together if not you are free too cook for yourself. I don't consider cooking for yoursel part of the helping hours as well as cleaning after yourself.
  
  In this world, everything can vary. However, I would be grateful to receive 3-4 passionate hours per helping day

  Accommodation

  I can offer a bad on the bottom floor of the house. It is a big open space no walls so if there are more than one volunteer you will have to share the space.
  
  I don’t eat breakfast(except for tea/coffee/hot water). I can offer 1 abundant vegetarian or 2 less abundant meals per day(Keto diet high-healthy fats, low carbs, low sugars) between 12.00 and 18.00 as I practice intermediate fasting. If you buy your food, you are free to eat and cook whenever you want.

  What else ...

  The property is near Malko Tarnovo, which is in the heart of a natural park (the biggest oak forest in Europe). The air is one of the cleanest in the world! If you have asthma or respiratory issues, your stay here can be quite beneficial. There are so many things to visit and experience. There are mountains, rivers, waterfalls, caves, ancient sites from the Thracian, Greek, and Roman eras, and many other mystic places, the seaside is only 1 hour away by car. If your passport is with you, you can visit Turkey, which is just a few km away.
  In the "City"(more like a village), there are a few coffee shops, a few restaurants, and several grocery stores.
  There are no pubs, malls, or clubs. If you have that necessity, you can visit Burgas year-round, which is 70 km away; there is also public transport.

  Generally, I adore all animals, and they are more than welcome. I have 2 huskies. They are not aggressive, nevertheless, they are very "energetic", so if your pets can coexist with my savages, and they are not aggressive towards birds or other animals, they are welcome. The more, the merrier.
