there is a single size bed in the earth bag shed. 2 queen size beds under the sun shade, north and south sides of the trailer. A single bed inside the trailer.
There are 2 bed setups inside traveler's earth bag dome , one in the tahini triangle hut, and available for a couple or long term volunteer, a queen size in the guest trailer.
There is a tent if you prefer. If you have your own wheels, there is plenty of room to park. We live on 2 plus acres. However you don't see the propertyl edges. The horizon is several hours away, walking to the low mountains. You can hike where ever!
In pleasant weather, our kitchen is outdoors, In really rough weather we use the old trailer.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

hiking in the desert and mountains, Dry Lake! old mines to explore, hot springs 22 miles away, Tecopa, see Shoshone, Meadow Springs, Death Valley National Park! 50 miles west of Las Vegas !!!!for culture shock!and 17 miles closest town, Pahrump Nevada
For those of us who live in this bit of desert, we cherish this great silence and space. A chance to become close with oneself , body, mind, spirit, time to listen to one's own muses, creativity, good ideas and perhaps better listener to others.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

If you are usually an urban person, or live in a neighborhood area, you will be easily overwhelmed by the space and silence. It is a good opportunity to get friendly with oneself! and to feel the closeness of our earth! And living close to critters, and whatever physical and non physical! Could sense?!
