We are a couple in our 40-50s seeking to be closer to nature & enjoy the fruits of living in harmony with a natural environment.
We have a off-grid 5 hectare organic farm in the western hill ranges in India. The farm is 130 km from the heritage town of Mysore & 120 km from the port town of Mangalore which is also the nearest airport.
The farm is located at the edge of a forest with natural springs and waterfalls and is very secluded. Seasonal visitors are all kinds of wildlife from wild elephant, boar, small animals like civet cats, rabbits and numerous birds. We have converted a part of the farm into a natural forest.
We grow coffee & pepper on the farm along with organic vegetables and appreciate anyone who is helpful in any way possible. To become self-sufficient with the food we produce is our goal.
We have a simple farmers life with enough time to enjoy good company & appreciate what nature provides. We are comfortable with people of all ages & pets of any kind. We speak English and Japanese as a native language. We are non-smokers and universal in our food habits. We have two Indian Mudhol hounds that keep us company.
