Description
We are taking volunteers ! Those keen to learn, share, participate in the exciting Permaculture and eco-Tourism projects we have unleashed on the mountains, may now apply.
Everyone is welcome (including Delhi folks). However you should believe in sustainable living. For those applying for the farm should love farm animals (including the roosters who are bound to rudely wake you in the morning). We Play Music ( Musician anyone? ).
One should come for 7 days minimum, and can extend ones stay, after getting ones bearings.
On the Farm we can accommodate a maximum of two people, so preference will be given to those who have some farming experience.
No classroom lectures on farming, but opportunity to learn first hand , how to grow vegetables organically, plant fruit trees and make compost and lots and lots of farming mistakes under the amateur guidance of yours truly.Types of help and learning opportunities

The guests while staying amidst the Permaculture Farm will get to experience first hand how to grow their own food, sustainably. Their boarding and lodging will be taken care of.

There is a volunteers wing where we will have a maximum of 2 people at one time sharing a room. If you a couple you get your own room.

The guests can trek to the famous Hatu Peak from the farmhouse. A beautiful cedar jungle adjoins us and is good for long walks.
In Shimla one can visit historical spots, trek and be part of the thriving hill community.A little more information

Winter and freezing but both of them were as enthusiast as ever for any farm activities. They saved seeds, planted flowers and mulched the fruit trees. The farm will soon bloom with their flowers :)
