Description
Hi! I’m Ane, 34 years old, originally from the Basque Country in Spain.
I’ve been working in education for about 10 years, mainly teaching philosophy, psychology, and languages. I love learning with others, sharing ideas, and creating spaces where curiosity and reflection can grow. I’m especially comfortable around children and enjoy working with them.
For the past 6 months I’ve been traveling in India, and this journey has deeply influenced me. I’ve had the chance to stay in different ashrams and monasteries, and to get closer to Buddhist philosophy, Vedanta, and other Hindu spiritual traditions. This experience has strengthened my meditation practice and my interest in living in a more conscious and intentional way.
I’m especially drawn to spiritual or contemplative communities, not only to continue my own practice, but also to share daily life with other spiritual seekers, learn from different paths, and contribute in whatever way is needed. I value quiet spaces, mindfulness, and meaningful conversations about life and inner growth.
At the same time, I’ve always felt connected to nature and simple living. I’m very interested in permaculture, gardening, and sustainable ways of working with the land. I’m happy to get my hands dirty and learn through doing.
I’m adaptable and used to different environments. I enjoy being part of a community, sharing daily tasks, and helping wherever I can. I see travelling as a way to connect, learn, and grow together 🌿

More details about your skills
I’m a respectful, friendly, and open-minded person who enjoys connecting with others and adapting to different environments. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked as a teacher, so I’m used to organizing activities, guiding groups, and supporting people of different ages and backgrounds—especially children and teenagers.
I feel comfortable working with kids and know how to create a calm and supportive atmosphere around them. I also have experience helping with school communication and managing social media, so I’d be happy to support in that area too if needed.
In addition to teaching, I really enjoy working with my hands. I have some experience with gardening and love learning more about growing food and taking care of plants. I also enjoy crafts—especially bookbinding and watercolor painting—so I’m always happy to share those skills or use them in creative projects.
Whether it’s helping in the garden, assisting with daily tasks, supporting a learning space, or just being part of a community—I’m happy to contribute in any way I can.
