This is a one of a kind pottery farm in India. It offers an intensive learning experience to budding potters, along with regular pottery retreats and other interesting programs for those looking for a wholesome pottery experience.
Nestled in the lush green fields of Punjab (near Chandigarh), it is not a pottery studio which produces typical ceramic pots in India. It is a modern, contemporary and a well-equipped pottery studio, yet warm and comfortable for a long stay program. Among places to visit near Chandigarh, it is a definite attraction if you have a creative bent of mind and are looking to discover yourself.
Conventional pottery in Indian villages is different from what we practice here. Our focus is high- fire stoneware, something that is practiced widely globally. Visitors are groups/ individuals who are looking for pottery courses abroad and want to participate in programs that suit their schedule and availability.
We're always looking for volunteers for managing the villa, guests and studio. Also, we always have small projects, repairs, upgrades etc going on, and could do with help in marketing, promotion, social media, photography etc.

You could learn about pottery, running of a pottery studio, management of the villa, guests, hospitality, hand-on projects etc. We will also obviously mutually learn from interacting with each other.
You'll be staying at the villa itself, in a single bedroom which is air conditioned and has shelves for storage. Vegetarian meals are part of the agreement, shared in the common kitchen with the guests.
Our home is on the same property as the pottery but we all have full-time jobs. Most of the staff works from 8 AM to 5 PM so you can spend 4-5 hours working to help improve and maintain the place. The rest of the day you are free to use the studio to work on your own art/projects. You can also visit the city as and when you like. We spend the weekends in the studio as well where we do pottery, painting and DIY projects.
