Description
Hello there,
I'm Fanny, an easy-going and open-minded Hungarian girl looking for adventures and new experiences around the world.
I've always loved learning about different cultures, I have a degree in History.
But as much as I love learning, I realized I also wanted a lifestyle that allows me to travel and work at the same time. That’s how I became a web designer and front-end developer. The digital nomad lifestyle is close to my heart.
Alongside tech, I have plenty of experience in the hospitality industry, so I’d be more than happy to help out at your restaurant, café, or hostel. Recently I just finished my studies as a tour guide, I'm planning to work in the industry from next spring.
My very first Workaway experience — and I'm still grateful for it! I spent five months taking care of a quadriplegic man in the San Francisco Bay Area. It was a deeply rewarding experience that taught me compassion, responsibility, and improved my English greatly. We’re still friends to this day.
My next stop as a volunteer was Cancun, Mexico. I helped my host manage apartments and boats — handling check-ins, check-outs, and light cleaning. During my stay, I explored Maya pyramids and swam in one of the cenotes. It was a super adventurous month which was continued in Costa Rica.
Puerto Viejo is a small village, I worked at a hostel reception right in the heart of nature on the Caribbean coast.
I have amazing experiences thanks to this website!
I’m sociable, reliable, and always ready to help.
Currently, I’m living in the Hungarian countryside — I grow vegetables and even had chickens… until a fox decided to join the story. 🦊
I’d love to end 2025 somewhere abroad in Europe, learning, helping, and connecting with new people.
If you feel the vibe, get in touch — I’d love to hear from you!
In my free time, I enjoy reading, being outdoors, gardening, and simply living in the moment. -
