Description
Greeting Workaway community, we are Willem and Camille, enthusiastic travelers from the Netherlands and Vietnam.
Willem has been on the road on and off for several years to different destinations, so a bit of a "World Wanderer" himself, whereas Camille, mostly spends most time in certain places, discovering & learning about its people & culture.
We both are slow travellers ourselves and always strive for mindful, sustainable ways of travelling whenever possible. By this, we love all opportunities to learn about the local communities & contribute our skillset to those in need as we go. In the past we have done various volunteer work in Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Colombia, Nicaragua, Guatemala... and we are deeply grateful for every experience we've collected.
Now, as we embark on our journey to South Asia, we are excited to encounter new people, new experience, freshen our perspective and embrace all cultural exchange!

We are both language lovers by heart and always open for any linguistic discussion/ exchange opportunities. While we both are fluent in English, Willem speaks also Dutch (Native), Spanish (Proficient) and little bit of German (Beginner). Camille, on the other hand, is starting out with French, while already speaking a tiny bit of Japanese, and of course Vietnamese (native).

Willem has experience working with children, teaching languages and farming - gardening work from his time in Latin America.
Camille has most of her skillset on the "Virtual world" - Social Media & Marketing from her year working in a Creative Studio, and has some knowledge about animals work.
We all love social environments where we get to work with people and don't mind to get our hands on different things - Whether it's a creative project or physical work... On another note, our love languages include food, so we love cooking and enjoy trying different cuisines!

We both love sports and body movements, even though we do have different favourite sports our own :) (Football, Gym... for Willem, Gymnastics or Pole Dancing for Camille or Latin Dance for us both 😍)
Willem is an avid guitarist since 11 and always plays some right songs for the right occasion.
Camille has a big love for animals and is eager for every opportunity to learn about animals!
