Hey there beautiful people! I am Evaggelos ,,,though friends just call me Vaggelis!
Born and raised in Greece, somewhere between sunshine, sea breeze, and way too many relaxed coffees…
I studied Mechanical Engineering, started off as an electrician, and somehow ended up being a mix of builder, dreamer, and traveller with restless feet…Sooo!
I am that kind of person who finds joy in fixing things, cooking for friends, getting lost on purpose, and laughing about it later.
I love meaningful talks, random plans that turn into stories, and meeting people who carry good energy ,, the kind you feel before they even speak!!!
Well,for me, WorkAway isn’t about cheap travel .. it’s about connection. Sharing work, moments, stories, and life with people who see the world with open eyes and an open heart!!

Spanish 🙂 So… it wasn’t my passion at first ,, but it should be! I would really love some help with it. For me, learning a language is all about inspiration ,is about connecting and feeling the rhythm of a culture....and see the world through new eyes. I have always loved Latin music, the vibe, the warmth, the passion ,,and honestly, as a Greek, I think I already have a bit of that Latin soul in me. So yeah… learning Spanish feels like the next natural step! 🙂

So… this is me, Vaggelis ...somewhere between logic and laughter.
My motto??!! We live only once, so let’s make it count.
I am all about moments that make life feel alive!!... the laugh that comes out of nowhere, the shared meal after a long day, the talk that starts as a joke and ends up a deep chat at 2 AM...
I love simplicity! Curiosity! And people who shine from the inside out.....the ones who can laugh at themselves, and dance in the rain, and still talk about the universe after.

I have built things, fixed things, traveled a lot, cared for animals (espacially cats), and worked on Greek islands, in hotels and restaurants.. every experience has left me with stories, friendships, and a little bit of magic in my pocket.

I am here to keep learning, creating, and sharing moments that matter.
So , If our paths cross, let’s make a memory ,, a laugh, a crazy idea, or even just a quiet sunset that says more than words ever could!
