Hi!
My name is Josefina, but I prefer Pepa—it’s short, friendly, and full of energy!

I am a proactive and empathetic person with a lifelong career in Hospitality and Facility Management. Currently, I work in a school where I am responsible for ensuring everything runs perfectly: from managing supplies and budgets to supervising maintenance, gardening, kitchen, and cleaning teams. Before this, I spent many years working for a leading multinational company, managing large teams and ensuring the highest international standards.

I am 58 years old, and I believe this is my best moment. I am full of energy and I’m a very detail-oriented worker; I truly believe that excellence is in the small details. Last year, I spent a year volunteering in Canada, which was an incredible experience that helped me adapt to new cultures.

Why I’m here:
I want to use my free time to share my professional passion for hospitality while learning from different people around the world. One of my main personal challenges right now is improving my English; I am taking classes and I am very motivated to practice and get better every day.

I’m a non-smoker, a reliable driver, and a sports lover—I need my daily dose of exercise (running or hiking) to keep my body and mind sharp. I’m looking for a place where I can contribute my 'know-how,' help a team grow, and enjoy the beauty of nature and the sea. I work with a smile, a professional spirit, and I am always ready to solve any daily challenge with a positive attitude."
