Description

My name is Noah, I live in Calgary Alberta Canada. Growing up, my family hosted international students from anywhere between two weeks and two years. I believe having this experience as a young person really shaped my outlook on the world, and sparked my interest in travelling and meeting people. I would say because of this, and the traveling I have since done, I have a deep passion for learning from individuals who have had experiences that are far different than my own.

My name is Michael, I am from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. After an enjoyable few years by the sea, I have graduated from the University of Victoria with a bachelor of science degree. I have a keen interest in experiencing cultures and local ways of living and I have had great luck finding this through workaway in the past. I am physically fit and have experience with manual labour in all weather conditions. I would love to try and help where I can and learn some skills!

We have been friends since childhood and got the opportunity to travel Europe for three months in 2023. We stayed at 4 workdays over that time. This was the absolute highlight of traveling for both of us. We are hoping to make even more memories in 2026.

I enjoy spending time and working outdoors. I have experience using hand and power tools for carpentry and building projects. I love fixing things and am always interested in helping solve problems. We stayed with Jill and Peter for just a week and had a wonderful time. The space they provided for us had a room for each of us , well equip kitchen and a comfortable living space where we watched a few movies over our stay. It was a great pleasure to stay at Stephanie and Sebastian's for a week. Our project was restoring an old piece of furniture by sanding and painting it.
