Description
I have grown up in a rural town besides a fjord in Norway. I have from a young age enjoyed hiking, fishing and deer/moose hunting. I also want to learn how to grow my own vegetables. In high school I enjoyed theatre, and I still enjoy the art - more watching than participating these days. I love reading and I have recently started knitting. I feel the happiest when hiking, especially on a sunny day in the mountains.
My dream is to join a muster on a big cattle station somewhere.

Australia: two weeks helping rearing calfs eight weeks treating horses for ringworm daily tasks. Three weeks learning about permaculture and vegetables.
Norway: helping in lambing season daily tasks feeding sheep and angus cows. Been raised with a cat and a hunting dog - as well as taking care of other dogs over the years.
New Zealand: Spent two months at various dairy farms.

Childcare - Been working as an assistant in a kindergarten since 2019, with children aged from 8 months to 5 years.

Social media and communications - have a bachelors degree in marketing an management in tourism.

I have my drivers license for a manual car. I also have several first aid courses from the Red Cross, as well as the Norwegian hunting course organized by the Norwegian Hunting and Fishing Association. I have spent one year in the norwegian army as a conscript for His Majesty the Kings Guard.

I am an eager learner, independent, cheerful and have good communication skills.

I would love to try hunting in a different country, as well as do some hiking and learn more about the nature and culture of your country. I do love a little pub trivia every once in a while.

Sarah, Jim and Sam welcomed me into their beautiful home and gave me lovely memories of Gympie. I got to join Jim and the working dogs to move cattle, mow the lawn, weed in the garden and do some yard work. Aaron taught me a lot about fencing, and we also built his bar (conference room) together. Very grateful that he trusted me with tools and problem solving. Fiona cooked delicious dinners and we bonded over irish and norwegian cuisine.

Maggie ,to date has been the best Norwegian to stay, i really like her down to earth nature.
While staying she helped milk the cows , spread the urea fertilizer, do some painting.
