Description
Come and experience the kiwi farming lifestyle. The farms run by a kiwi Irish couple. Accommodation available and every day farming chores milking 400 cows. With the cows only weeks away from calving there's a great opportunity to enjoy Spring life down on the farm.(end of July). But we also take backpackers all year long.. Only 2 minutes away from the nearest town and on the footsteps of mt Taranaki where you can ski and snowboard or 25 minutes away from the nearest city New Plymouth where you can surf.

Help
We take backpackers all year round, long and extended stays,as well as for short term stays. Could be a paid position for the right person. this will include farm chores from milking cows, feeding out, feeding calves, chickens, and two boarder collie dogs(max, Millie)-who still need some training, but super friendly and great pets! Tractor and bike work, and anything else that falls under general farm maintenance. We two young farm/motor bike/rugby mad boys aged 10 and 8 that needs someone with plenty of energy to keep up with them both, but they look after themselves or are on farm help out,

I stayed one week on Aarons and Fi's farm. They are both really nice and i enjoyed spending time there. I learned how to drive the tractor, mowing the fields and feeding the calves. Thanks for the cool experience :)
