Description
Hello! I’m Lynn, coming to the UK on my Ancestry visa and excited to spend time exploring the countryside, history, and culture of Great Britain. I’ve travelled and worked in several countries as an educator, so I’m comfortable meeting new people and adapting to different environments.
I’m active and outdoorsy. I enjoy gardening, walking trails, helping with projects, and staying busy with hands-on work. In Canada I divide my time between the city and a small mountain home, where I look after the garden and take on renovation and maintenance projects myself.
I’m also a proud mother and grandmother, and I love cooking for family and friends. I completed a year of chef training and enjoy preparing hearty meals, especially when I can use fresh ingredients.
I’m happy to help with a wide range of tasks including gardening, cooking, general maintenance, housekeeping, or supporting guests. I also hold a clean vulnerable-sector record and have experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds.
I’m looking forward to contributing wherever I can be useful and to learning from the people I meet along the way.
