I have experience in hospitality, serving and preparing food and drinks, and using my customer service knowledge to give people the best experience possible. I have supervised in this job also.

I have worked on a 45 foot whale watching boat, which is predominantly customer service, with a combination of tour guide and bartender!

I have helped my relatives and friends with gardening and household jobs, and taken care of their children on occasion when they are busy.

I am a very creative person, and I have a lot of experience in drama, music and art during school and after.

I have coached children for sports, public speaking, and arts competitions and community service for a school program.

I studied Art and Photography in Highschool and love to record memories and learn about new techniques!

I have experience as a house-keeper and receptionist at Hostel Albania, where the most important part of the job is chatting with the guests and making them feel welcome!

We take all feedback seriously, especially when it concerns safety issues. However, we dispute the accuracy of this review. While we would prefer not to address such matters publicly, we feel it is necessary present our version of events.

At no point during her stay did Lilla raise any concerns with me (Ana), my husband, or any member of our … read more team. As Lilla mentions, I have always been available for any discussion, and no issues of the nature raised were ever communicated. On the contrary, she maintained a positive relationship with staff and left on good terms with everyone informing me that she was leaving due to a family emergency #redacted#.

(It should be noted that i informed Lilla well in advance, that I would not be there on the ground temporarily)

About 4 days after the arrived, she asked if her boyfriend could come and sleep for 4 nights in the staff/workawayer accomodation. She was told that outside guests are not allowed to sleep there. Nevertheless, she still brought her boyfriend into the accommodation without permission. This was witnessed by staff (and the outdoor cameras), and she was reminded that this was not permitted.

Following this incident, she chose to shorten her stay. #redaction# The day she left, was also the day her boyfriend was supposed to leave.

After reading her review, I also inquired further with staff regarding her stay and the issues raised. It was reported that there had been concerns during working hours, including instances of sleeping during the 5-hour shifts (during a quiet off-season period), as well as concerns related to #redacted#, and lack of engagement with tasks.

It is also important to note that, as a result of this review, our account underwent a detailed review process by Workaway over several months. Following this process, our account has now been fully reactivated, which we believe reflects that that there no grounds for the concerns raised.

The allegations of inappropriate behavior are categorically denied. These claims were never raised during her stay, and notably, upon leaving, she sent warm and appreciative messages to the staff member she now accuses, which makes these statements particularly difficult to reconcile.

Regarding the specific incident described by the beach, it seems that it is a combination of #redacted# that is now being presented as fact. Staff present (and pictures that were provided by them) confirm this was a normal, voluntary leisure moment by the sea after work, as we often do, and the outrageous accusations raised are simply not true.

It is not appropriate to speculate on intentions and present assumptions as serious accusations.

I had planned to work at this restaurant for 3 weeks and ended up leaving after 1 week for a variety of reasons. First of all- Ana wasnt actually there, it is all men. I worked here for 3 weeks in November this year and it was wonderful! the location is really nice- located in a peaceful neighbourhood but still a short walk from the city centre.
