Description
Together with my partner, we have built two restaurants, in the coastal area or south Albania. Our goal was to create something cool in the area and help make the area a popular destination.

1 - In the south coast of Albania, you will be able to experience the hospitable Albanian culture. Working in a restaurant, especially during summer season, allows you to interact with many people from the area and learn more about our culture.
2- You will be able to learn about the fresh local produce, as well as the Albanian and mediterranean cuisine.
You will also be able to go for fishing trips during sunrise/ sunset.
3 - Working in seasonal restaurant such as ours allowes you to interact with many people including tourists from many different countries. The number of tourists in Albania is growing daily, and to a certain extent, it is still an "intact" country to explore, especially where we are located.
4- You will be able to explore the the many different beaches (most of them still virgin), as well as the old villages of Himare and Qeparo, as well as the Castle of Porto Palermo in your time off.

This host offers accommodation and payment.
Help
We provide a salary (which is 400 euros a month, for 40 hours/week). We also take care of the insurance requirements and provide the meals for you.
- Waiter Assistants: responsible for cleaning and gathering the tables; helping the waiter to bring bread or drinks to new tables before the food order is taken by the waiter; if needed to bring the dishes from the kitchen to the waiter, or to the customer;
- Grill Cook / Deep Fry Cook (to make fries and fried seafood); to assemble burgers
-Kitchen Helper: help prep fish (fish gutter) & vegetables for cooking
- Cleaner: to help clean the kitchen and outside area, to organise dishes, run the dishwasher
- Bartender: To make coffee, prepare glasses of wine and other soft drinks for the waiter to pick up
-Professional Photographer
- General Maintenance: repairing what might need fixing, paint, emptying trash bins, removing debris such as leaves, seaweed, cigarettes etc., from the beach, boats cleaning, some minor landscaping like watering plants
- Small boat/speed boat driver: to do short trips around the coast with tourists.

Accommodation
We offer for our staff accomodation in container homes. These container homes have been just built a couple of months ago.
We will provide for breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner depending on the shift that you will be working
Details of Accomodation:
- Ample Sleeping Area: The containers have 4 bunk style beds each.
- Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink & mirror.
- Washing Machine: Each of the container homes has a washing machine.
- Climatization: The containers homes have ventilation and air conditioning.
- Location: The location of the container homes is a 15 min drive away from the restaurants, in a secure area.
Note: We will arrange the transportation to and from the restaurants.
What else ...
Reaching us: With regard to public transportation, there are buses that depart from the main bus terminal in Tirana/ or the terminal at the Tirana Airport, to Himara. We will then meet with you at the bus stop there.
You can also fly from you country to Corfu Airport (Greece) and then take a short ferry of 30-40 minutes to Saranda, Albania.
Uniform: We provide T-shirts with our logo and we request that you please wear closed shoes (trainers) during the working hours.
