Description
I am looking to experience other cultures and countries, be helpful and develop new skills and memories. I am also looking to develop relationships with kindhearted and like-minded individuals around the world.
About me: Most recently, I worked as a wilderness therapy guide in Maine with teens aged 13-18, teaching outdoor skills and skills for mental wellbeing. Prior to that I was a member of a conservation corps doing environmental conservation work all over the east coast of the US (tree-planting, invasive species management, habitat restoration) and I was a team leader for AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps, where my team of 8 and I did service projects in multiple locations on the west coast of the US. The projects included: installing rainwater gardens, doing small projects with an affordable housing nonprofit, landscape and facilities maintenance for a camp for differently abled individuals, and served as a wildland firefighter in the Salmon-Challis national forest in Idaho. In the fall, I am looking to go back to school full-time to become a marriage and family therapist and I have my undergraduate degree in Sociology and Health Science.
I am passionate about wellness and community, accountability and friendship. I can be quiet when I first get somewhere, but I am extremely understanding, easy going and flexible. I am responsible, capable and adaptable. I look forward to being of service! :)

I love to sit and chat with people about life. I am looking for some means of creative expression, ideally in the outdoors. I want to learn more about gardening, DIY projects, any sort of homestead experience. I also would love to spend as much time as possible with animals. I am intrigued by spearfishing and freediving, martial arts, love to play sports and run around.
