I am motivated to travel by the connections that I am able to make all over the planet. I believe it’s true when they say people are the paradise you meet. The diversities of culture and humans that I am able to experience and embrace are truly a gift.
I feel aware that the exchange and service, love to life is why I am here on earth. I truly value hard work and the challenge of all sorts of jobs.
I'm very interested in learning various farming techniques, eco-building and design, adobe, bamboo, gaining knowledge of medicinal plants and herbs, textiles, working with a variety of animals, the wonderful world of sailing! Etc.
I'm very open to life and different ideas. I believe I'm very friendly, respectful, tidy and really easy going. I enjoy learning as much as I can in this lifetime and keeping busy through all sorts of projects, working outdoors, painting, carpentry, crochet, playing music... anything to do with creation.
I love cooking some delicious, healthy foods. Exploring around and being fully in nature on my off time is high on the list for me. I love the ocean, hiking, yoga, sailing, (trying to) surf, reading, music, finding like minded people... I value open honest, communication. I do really enjoy company of other people (most of them) but I really need to balance this with some solitude. I deeply value the quiet :)

The last 6 years I've been traveling basically nonstop through New Zealand, The Cook Islands and the Hawaiian Islands, Puerto Rico, Greece, Turkey, Ireland, Virgin Islands, Colombia, Peru, Taiwan, now the Philippines. I prefer to slowly soak up as much of a country and its people as a few months visa will let me.
I've done work exchanges of all sorts, gardening, farmwork, animal care, adobe building and recycled designs, nannying, cleaning, building of many sorts, refitting the interior and exterior of sail boats, fruit/vegetable harvesting, hostel work, first mate/chef on boats, house/pet sitting, restaurant work, social media, working with people with disabilities, marketing, painting and mural designs. I love all sorts of art. I want to practice more of the discipline of taking on bigger artistic projects, especially when it comes to painting! Would be happy to take on mural projects. I love to sail and I feel confident that I have the basics down pat but I know that I have much much more to learn. I play a bit of guitar and could try my best to teach someone how if they'd like to learn. I grew up loving to restore all sorts of homes and antique cars with my father so I'm always looking forward to running into other restoration projects. Bringing light back to the dark!! I'm quite flexible when it comes to the work as I just enjoy giving an extra set of helping hands in exchange to explore and learn anything new.
