Hi there! We’re a Singaporean couple on a 4-month micro-retirement in Australia, trading the hustle and bustle of city life for adventure, nature, and a slower pace.

We’re curious, adaptable, and open to all kinds of new (sometimes whacky!) experiences. Whether it’s lending a hand on a farm, supporting vineyards or breweries, or helping hosts/businesses with content creation (photos, videos), we’re excited to dive in, learn, and contribute.

A little about us:

Him (30): Digital marketer by day, guitar player & table tennis enthusiast by night. Always up for good conversations and sharing music around a campfire.

Her (28): Marketing & lead-generation work, with a keen interest in photography and videography (happy to help Workaway hosts or small businesses capture content!)

Together, we love hiking & camping, exploring nature, and tasting local craft beers (we’ve logged 110 different ones on Untappd this year!). Sometimes we manage to do all three at the same time.

We’re excited to connect with hosts, learn new skills, and share our energy and creativity along the way.

We bring a mix of creative and digital skills as well as a strong willingness to learn hands-on ones:
- Photography & videography – especially short-form content like Instagram reels (happy to help hosts or small businesses with visual storytelling). Instagram portfolio: @thugthy
- Computer skills – general tech-savviness, from editing photos/videos to setting up tools and workflows.
- Craft beer enthusiasts 🍻 – very skilled at drinking (110 different beers tried this year!) but also keen to learn brewing, vineyard work, or anything hospitality-related.
- Farming & sustainability – pretty much beginners (we live in a city environment), but very eager to pick up skills in gardening, farm work, and sustainable living.

We’re adaptable, hardworking, and love picking up new skills along the way!
