Hi all !

I am Elise, a 22 years old girl from Nantes, in France. I am currently taking a gap year from my engineering school, so I am living in Toulouse at the moment, working on the AI field!

These are my first days on Workaway, but I would love to help with anything I can and I really want to learn new skills! I like to do many sports (running, swimming, hiking) and also love the mountain. I would say I am a sociable person, who likes outdoor adventures as well as trying new things and meet new people I can learn from. Also, as well as being a fan of outdoors and nature, I love being around animals. I have been riding horses for morethan 10 years before I stopped for my studies.

I have been exploring and discovering many things in south of France lately (from swimming in mountain lakes and speleology to chilling in tea rooms...) , with my roommates, and am looking forward to doing the same on other places around the world!

From march to june 2024, I will be in Nepal, where I look forward to the mountain and will do some trekking!
I am also planning to be traveling in July-August, and I am still looking for my next destination! It will probably be in Europe, most likely in Northern countries which I like a lot !

I have studied a lot of maths, computer science and physics over the last few years.

I have been baby-sitting a few times on occasions like weddings. Would love to experience this again! I have also been giving maths and english classes to high-schoolers.

I have had several international experiences and can speak and teach English and French. I also know a bit of Spanish!
