Description
My name is Emily. I am from a small community and looking to connect with new people and communities. I love being outdoors and outdoor activities like hiking, biking, walking, kayaking, and surfing. You can often find me reading, listening to podcasts, visiting friends and family, and journaling. I love sharing a meal and a cup of coffee or tea , and stories with others.
I have different kinds of work experience. In recent years, I have been working as a policy analyst, but I wanted a change. So this spring, I moved home and worked as a cork for the spring lobster fishing season with my brothers. I have an interest in learning and gaining experience in gardening, farming, reforesting, and anything like this. I would like to learn more about the land and how to live in harmony with it, especially through a hands-on experience.
I am hoping to learn Spanish while spending time in South America. I am looking forward to connecting with people and communities.
