I am very passionate about learning how the natural world can better human health. I studied medicine at Duke University School of Medicine for two years, and conducted reviews on natural peptide therapies and enzymes and their relationship to modern food products research. I am interested in going back to school to get a Ph.D. in nutritional sciences and immunology. I would be very grateful to learn from you about sustainable farming and agriculture practices.

I really enjoyed my experience in Campagnatico, Italy at Bodo’s home. Bodo was very welcoming and supplied all of the food I needed. The tomatoes and pasta were fantastic. We made an arrangement for the Workaway in question to arrive on the Friday. On the Wednesday evening he contacted us to say that he had arrived in the local town and asked to arrive early with no notice. We were not at home so communicated that it was not possible.
