Description
I work with an NGO, which basically means I’ve become the kind of person who can’t ignore things that matter anymore. It’s shaped how I see people, communities, and the little ways you can actually make a difference (yes, even the small stuff counts). I like being in spaces where I can help out, learn something new, and not feel like I’m just… there for the snacks.
I’ve also been traveling since I was a kid, so adapting to new places is kind of my default setting. New cultures? Love them. New people? Even better. I’m the type who’d rather chat with a local shopkeeper than tick off tourist spots like it’s a checklist. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy exploring—but what really sticks with me is the everyday life of a place.
I’m also mildly obsessed with learning languages, because nothing beats that moment when you connect with someone in their language (even if you butcher the pronunciation a little). It just makes everything feel more real.
Overall, I’m curious, open to pretty much anything, and always up for trying something new—whether that’s helping with a project, picking up a random skill, or just having good conversations. At the end of the day, I’m happiest when I’m connecting with people, swapping stories, and learning something along the way.

More details about your skills
I bring a mix of education, community work, and just enough digital know-how to fix things when they (inevitably) stop working.
Through my work, I’ve been pretty hands-on—setting up and running libraries, organizing sports events, and helping plan and coordinate projects. Basically, if something needed structure and a bit of chaos management, I was probably involved. I really enjoy creating spaces where kids can learn, explore, and just feel comfortable being themselves.
I also spent a year teaching at a school for children with behavioural disorders, which taught me a lot—mainly patience, empathy, and how to stay calm when things get… interesting. It pushed me to be flexible and creative, and to focus on making learning fun rather than forcing it. Turns out, a little creativity and positive reinforcement go a long way.
On the more “corporate survival skills” side, my time at Amazon helped me get organized, tech-comfortable, and pretty good at juggling tasks without dropping the ball (most of the time). I can handle coordination, basic tech stuff, and making sure things actually get done.
I’m adaptable, reliable, and genuinely enjoy working with people—especially kids. I’m happy to jump in wherever needed, whether it’s running activities, organizing things behind the scenes, helping out with day-to-day tasks, or just bringing some energy and ideas into the mix.

What else ...
In my free time, I like to keep things nicely balanced between “let’s move” and “let’s not move at all.”
I love reading—give me a good book and I will disappear for hours! On the more active side, I’m really into football and cycling, which help me feel slightly less guilty about all the food I eat. I’m also a big fan of board games—partly for the fun, partly for the mild competitive chaos, but mostly because they’re a great excuse to hang out and connect with people.
Traveling is a huge part of my personality at this point. And yes, I’m a serious foodie. Trying new cuisines is basically a hobby, and I firmly believe some of the best conversations happen over a good meal. For me, food isn’t just food—it’s culture, connection, and occasionally, the highlight of my day.
