Hey! My name is Abhi.
I'm a 30 year old engineer and I live in Vancouver, Canada. I grew up in Dubai, I left when I was 17 to go to the United States and I eventually ended up in Canada in 2019, where I currently reside.

I'm friendly, sociable and love travelling! I've travelled to countries on many continents from North America, to Europe, Asia and Oceania and I always make local friends in those countries.

I believe in immersing myself in the local culture which is why I always make it a point to try and make local friends.

I would love to do a workstay and contribute to a local business in any way that I can. I'm always up for learning new skills, I try to learn quickly and I'm a team player, I love working with others so I'd be a great addition to your team!

I spent a couple of weeks staying at Calle's place near Helsinki. Beautiful house in nature! Easy access to Helsinki! I did some tasks and had plenty of spare time to tour Helsinki while Calle worked. He's very kind, caring and accomodating!

Sue is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. I was quite sick with the flu when I got there and she accommodated me so nicely, balancing my tasks while giving me plenty of time for rest and recovery.

I spent 2 lovely weeks and the end of summer 2025 at the camp.

Claudia and Minne were lovely hosts and really made it a wonderful experience!

Abhi stayed with us for two weeks and helped us with various jobs.
Although he hadn't had much experience with the tasks he was given he was eager to help, willing to try his hand at everything and enjoyed learning new skills.
He was quick to offer help in the kitchen and with cleaning up after meals.
He is a friendly and trustworthy guy.
