Hello, I am right now travelling in south east Asia.
I am born and raised in the southwest of China, living in Paris since 2019.
I am new on workaway platform, but NOT new on volunteering.
I volunteered in a sheep farm (with over 600 sheep) in Iceland during the lambing season, and helped them to give birth.
I volunteered in a 400-year-old family farm in Norway, where I learned tiling, cutting woods, making fire, sanding and painting wood, and painting the wall.
I volunteered in the buddhist temple in Taiwan, where I served the food to the public.
I worked as a full-time employee in Paris as a marketing consultant, now I decided to travel for a while doing freelancing job (writing, translating, and teaching English).
I love reading, writing, watching films taking photos. I enjoy tranquility. I am willing to learn. in many of my volunteer experience, I ended up trying and learning everything. (I am not a slow learner, I believe.)
I love travelling, but not in the typical tourist sense. I enjoy connecting with local people and learning about their history, lifestyle, and culture. Volunteering has always taken me to places and experiences that traditional tourism simply can't offer.
As for language, Chinese is my mother language. I speak very fluent English and decent French.
