Hello!
My name is Vahan, and I'm from the UK. I enjoy the pace of daily life, being active and learning new things. I'd like to live with a Japanese family over the summer, helping around the house and caring for kids. As a Japanese language major, getting to immerse myself in real daily life is an exciting way to improve my language skills while supporting others!

I am a native English speaker!

One of my core strengths is that I have plenty of childcare experience:
- I have spent many years entertaining younger children in my family
- At church, I have supervised kids and supported them in activities like crafts
- In high school I obtained a sports coach qualification and set up a volleyball team for kids to help them be active while enjoying themselves
Up till now, I have plenty of experience supporting children in a fun, safe way wherein they can learn new things!

I am a very clean person who enjoys cleaning and organising. I don't think of housework as a chore, but rather I think it's an important part of living in a nice environment. Not limited to cleaning, I am a good fit for other tasks such as shopping, DIY, etc, so I can fulfill any of your needs. I am organised, efficient, and punctual, so I'd be happy if I could help out your family!

I'm upper-intermediate level in Japanese, so communication shouldn't be an issue!

僕の強みの一つは、子どものお世話に関する経験が豊富なことです。
① 家族の年下の子どもたちの世話を長年してきた経験があります。
② 教会では、工作などの活動を通して小さな子どもたちの世話や見守りを担当していました。
③ 高校時代には子ども向けスポーツ指導の資格を取得し、バレーボールチームを立ち上げ、楽しく体を動かせる環境づくりにも取り組みました。
これまで、子どもたちが安全で、楽しく、そして新しいことを学べるよう心がけてきました！

きれい好きで、整理整頓や掃除が得意です。家事を楽しむタイプです！掃除や片づけに限らず、買い物や簡単なDIYなど、ほかのお手伝いにも柔軟に対応できます。計画的に、効率よく、時間を守って行動することを大切にしており、ご家庭のさまざまなお手伝いができれば嬉しいです。

🇯🇵 なお、日本語は中級から上級の間くらいで、日常会話は問題なくできます。
