I am an active and sporty person currently living with my parents in Devon, England. I am currently working at a company that builds tractors and agricultural equipment. In my spare time, I like to go for runs, go to the gym and play badminton with my friends. After visiting France on holidays, I loved the scenery and the culture. So I plan on spending some more time there by doing workaways. I want to use workaway to travel in a purposeful way and help people with their projects. Also, I love all food and like to cook a bit as well. I like animals, we have two cats at home.

I enjoy physical, hands-on work and have experience in a factory where I currently help build tractors. This role has given me strong practical skills, including working with tools, following technical instructions, and being part of a team. I’m reliable, hardworking, and not afraid of getting stuck into demanding tasks – especially outdoors because I enjoy helping my parents with gardening jobs at home. I'm quick to learn and always willing to help wherever needed.

I had great fun during my two week stay with Francis, Linda and Amber. I helped them in the garden and did some painting in the house for them. Toby is the ideal workawayer. He works hard, is very considerate and integrates well with our family. He is capable of physical tasks and in the meantime sociable and open-minded so we also had a good time exchanging cultures and ideas together. Great experience overall.

I had a great time doing my first workaway with Clement and Clara! I helped Clement renovating their house. I ate most meals with them which I really enjoyed and Clara cooked amazing food. In my free time I explored the local towns and countryside and cycled parts of the viaRhona cycle path which was great!
