Hello!
I'm Timothy, a 22 year old french pure maths student taking a gap year to see more of the world and experience different ways of life. After realizing that academia wasn’t quite for me, I decided to take some time away from my studies to do something more hands-on and connected to people. I’m planning to become a teacher in the future, but before that, I want to broaden my horizons and meet new people.
I love exploring new cultures, learning languages (I speak a bit of Russian and would love to learn a little Italian), and spending time in calmer, more natural places—ideally where there aren’t too many cars around! I’ll be traveling through Italy and Greece, and my goal is to see the Nile and the pyramids in Egypt.
This will be my first solo-trip and I'm very excited to discover more about our world and the people that live in it.
In my day-to-day I enjoy playing chess, reading, hiking, cooking, and basking in the sun with a cup of coffee.
