My name is Theresa, 28 years old, and although I’ve traveled before both as an au pair and for leisure. I experienced Workaway once for now...
I’ve always lived in the city, but my father’s family owns a farm. As a teenager, I used to ride in big tractors with my cousins, and I’ve often helped with taking care of chickens, cows, and dogs.
Throughout my life, I met people who taught me how to use hand tools to repair and build houses (foundations, frame structures, insulation, drywall, painting), as well as how to build amenities such as custom kitchen designs.
My career was essentially in hospitality and tourism (travel agencies, hotels...). Nowadays I'm a remote worker in Nutrition and eCommerce.
I’m an open-minded French girl who feels the need to explore more of the world and improve her English. So… why not Canada? One of the most beautiful countries in the world!
I enjoy gardening and cooking. Even though I have a slim figure, I’m strong and not afraid of using tools or carrying heavy things — even big pieces of wood!
I’m highly motivated to help, eager to learn, and always ready to laugh. I know how to be serious when needed, and I’m genuinely interested in discovering new cultures, habits, and ways of life.
