  • Description

    Hello new friends!

    For the past 15 years, I’ve worked in healthcare management in the United States. After concluding my career in healthcare management, I decided to take a step back from corporate life and spend a few months doing something completely different—something meaningful, hands-on, and connected to the world around me.

    I’ve always loved animals and have experience fostering dogs through my local SPCA, so caring for animals is something that comes naturally to me. I don’t mind getting my hands dirty, and I’m happy to help with whatever is needed, whether that’s feeding animals, cleaning, gardening, cooking, organizing, or general maintenance.

    One of the reasons I’m taking this journey is because I want to experience life from a different perspective. I love meeting people from other cultures, learning new skills, and becoming part of a local community rather than simply visiting as a tourist. I’m especially interested in animal rescues, sanctuaries, farms, and projects where I can make a genuine contribution while learning from the people around me.

    Friends and coworkers would describe me as dependable, kind, organized, and hardworking. I show up when I’m needed, I’m easy to get along with, and I’m not afraid of hard work. I believe every experience has something to teach us, and I’m excited to learn whatever your project has to offer.

    Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, cooking, spending time outdoors, and anything involving animals—big or small. I’m looking forward to slowing down, embracing a simpler way of life, and creating memories that will stay with me long after I return home.

    Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I hope we have the opportunity to meet!

    More details about my language interests
    I’m always excited to learn new languages because I believe they’re one of the best ways to connect with people and experience a culture. English is my native language, and I’d be happy to help anyone who wants to practice conversational English. I’m also currently learning Polish and would love the opportunity to learn a few words and phrases in the language of whichever country I visit. I think language learning is one of the most rewarding parts of traveling and building friendships around the world.

  • More details about your skills

    Over the past 15 years, I’ve developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills through my career in healthcare management. I’m dependable, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative while also being part of a team.

    I’ve always loved animals and have hands-on experience fostering dogs through my local SPCA. I also grew up with horses, owned a horse, and competed in collegiate equestrian riding. While I don’t get to ride as often as I’d like these days, I’m very comfortable around horses and understand the responsibility, patience, and daily care they require.

    In addition to animal care, I’m happy to help with:

    * Feeding and caring for animals
    * Walking dogs and providing enrichment
    * Cleaning kennels, stalls, and shared spaces
    * Gardening and outdoor projects
    * Cooking and meal preparation
    * Housekeeping and organization
    * Administrative and computer tasks
    * Welcoming guests and customer service

    I’m a native English speaker and would be happy to help anyone who wants to practice conversational English. I learn quickly, enjoy working hard, and genuinely love contributing wherever I’m needed. Whether I’m caring for dogs, horses, or any other animals, I’m excited to learn, help, and become part of the team.

  • What else ...

    Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. I’m excited to step outside my comfort zone, experience everyday life in a new country, and contribute wherever I’m needed.

    I believe the best way to truly experience a place is by becoming part of the local community rather than simply passing through as a tourist. I’m looking forward to sharing stories, learning from people with different backgrounds, and hopefully leaving each place a little better than I found it.

    If you think I’d be a good fit for your project, I’d love the opportunity to connect and learn more about you.
