I have just arrived in New Zealand on a WHV and am keen to get exploring! I am very interested in animals and anything outdoors, I would love to help in gardens, cooking, home-care etc, while also gaining some experiences with local people and culture.

I enjoy getting into nature, whether that be hiking or a good wild swim. I enjoy cooking and trying new things, so I would be very happy to teach and be taught new recipes. I am very much a bookworm, and like a good chat about books.

I grew up in the countryside and have always considered myself to be a country girl at heart. I love animals, and have a degree in Animal and Conservation Biology.

I also have worked a job at Starbucks for the past 3 years throughout my degree, the last year of which as a supervisor, so I am no stranger to hard work.

I enjoy getting to know new people and learning about other cultures. My post-graduation plans are to travel as much as possible, and I am also trying to learn a bit of German on the side. A big benefit of workaway for me would be the chance to meet lots of people from different walks of life.
