Counting down the days before I return to Asia - first stop Japan in late August! (very excited)
My next destination:
Japan - from Aug 2025 until Oct 2025 View allDescription
After travelling to South East Asia a couple of years ago and having such an incredible and enriching experience, I can resist the urge to get away no longer. In August I will be flying to Japan, a country that has been at the top of my list as long as I can remember - I am very excited. I am also hoping to visit South Korea, Taiwan, and return to South East Asia.
I hope to train to become a teacher when my travels end and find joy helping others. My passions are getting outdoors, exploring the best of what nature has to offer and meeting new people.
Every day I feel very grateful that I am able to have these experiences, especially when I consider many are not fortunate enough. If I am able to help others, that would be a great experience.
I come from the Forest of Dean in England, a rural area with lots of woodland to walk and cycle through, and a river to canoe down. There are also a lot of farms here, and I come from a farming family. For the past 5 years when not travelling I have worked in communications and marketing roles, which includes social media content creation, video making and promotion so would also be happy to help where I can on that front.
