Description

Hi! We are Rocío and Mile, two friends from Argentina currently travelling through Europe.

We have experience both working and volunteering abroad. Recently, we worked in Germany in the hospitality sector and completed a wonderful volunteer experience in Himarë, Albania. Through these experiences, we have learned to adapt quickly to new environments, work as a team, and connect with people from different backgrounds.

We are responsible, reliable, hardworking and easy-going. We are happy to help wherever needed, whether it's housekeeping, hospitality, gardening, outdoor projects, helping with guests, maintenance, pet care, or everyday tasks. We enjoy learning new skills and always try to contribute with a positive attitude and good energy.

One of our biggest passions is climbing, and we both love nature, mountains and the sea. We enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, swimming, exploring new places and living an active lifestyle. We are happiest when surrounded by nature and people who enjoy sharing experiences.

We are also animal lovers and always enjoy spending time with animals. Whether it's taking care of dogs, cats, farm animals, or simply helping around a place where animals are part of daily life, we are always happy to help.

For us, travelling is about much more than visiting places. We love learning about different cultures, practising languages, meeting new people and experiencing local life. We believe that the best part of travelling is the connections we make along the way.

We are already in Europe, available to travel on short notice, and currently looking for our next experience in France. As climbers, we are especially excited about projects close to the mountains, nature, or outdoor activities, although we are open to all kinds of experiences.

We would love to join a welcoming project, help where needed, and share a meaningful cultural exchange :)

Nous sommes Rocío et Mile, deux amies argentines qui voyagent actuellement à travers l’Europe.

Nous avons de l’expérience à la fois dans le travail et le volontariat à l’étranger. Récemment, nous avons travaillé en Allemagne dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie et avons vécu une magnifique expérience de volontariat à Himarë, en Albanie. Grâce à ces expériences, nous avons appris à nous adapter rapidement à de nouveaux environnements, à travailler en équipe et à créer des liens avec des personnes de cultures différentes.

Nous sommes responsables, fiables, travailleuses et faciles à vivre. Nous sommes heureuses d’aider là où l’on a besoin de nous, que ce soit dans l’entretien et le ménage, l’accueil des voyageurs, le jardinage, les projets en plein air, les tâches de maintenance, les soins aux animaux ou les activités du quotidien. Nous aimons apprendre de nouvelles compétences et nous apportons toujours une attitude positive et beaucoup de bonne humeur.

L’escalade est l’une de nos plus grandes passions, et nous aimons toutes les deux la nature, la montagne et la mer. Nous adorons passer du temps en plein air, faire de la randonnée, nager, découvrir de nouveaux endroits et mener une vie active. Nous nous sentons particulièrement heureuses lorsque nous sommes entourées de nature et de personnes avec qui partager de belles expériences.

Nous adorons également les animaux et apprécions beaucoup passer du temps avec eux. Qu’il s’agisse de s’occuper de chiens, de chats, d’animaux de ferme ou simplement de vivre dans un endroit où les animaux font partie du quotidien, nous sommes toujours ravies d’aider.

Pour nous, voyager ne consiste pas seulement à découvrir de nouveaux lieux. Nous aimons apprendre à connaître d’autres cultures, pratiquer les langues, rencontrer de nouvelles personnes et partager la vie locale. Nous pensons que la plus belle partie du voyage réside dans les rencontres et les liens que nous créons en chemin.

Nous sommes déjà en Europe, disponibles rapidement et actuellement à la recherche de notre prochaine expérience en France. En tant que grimpeuses, nous sommes particulièrement attirées par les projets situés près des montagnes, de la nature ou des activités de plein air, mais nous restons ouvertes à toutes sortes d’expériences.

Nous serions ravies de rejoindre un projet accueillant, d’apporter notre aide là où elle est nécessaire et de vivre un échange humain et culturel enrichissant.

We are both native Spanish speakers and we also speak English. We are empathetic, active and adaptable people who enjoy learning new things, helping others and sharing experiences.

We both worked in hotels in Germany for one year, where we gained experience in housekeeping, cleaning, organisation, responsibility and teamwork. We also have some experience helping in the kitchen. Both of us can drive and have a valid driving licence.

Ro studied Law in Argentina and has a high-intermediate level of English. She is very good with people and communication, and she also enjoys yoga, meditation, running and climbing. She is creative, loves drawing and painting, has experience with ceramics, and also knows how to cut hair.

Mile finished high school and completed a hairdressing course. She is an acrobat, loves sports and enjoys staying active. She is also very creative and loves painting and drawing. She especially loves cooking, mainly baking cakes and pastries, but she also enjoys cake and food decoration, preparing savoury dishes and cooking for others.

Together, we are used to working as a team, adapting easily to new environments and bringing positive energy wherever we go.
