Hola, mi nombre es Patricio
Mi lugar de residencia es Ancud, Isla de Chiloé, al sur de Chile. De Profesión Ingeniero en Recursos Naturales Renovables. Programo un viaje para marzo del año 2023. En el cual recorreré parte de América del norte.
El interés principal es de este viaje, es conocer otras culturas y aprender trabajando, específicamente el idioma inglés, Manejo Ambiental de Residuos Sólidos (Reciclaje, compostaje, vermicultura, basura cero, reutilización de residuos), Agricultura Orgánica y Conservación de la Naturaleza. Me encantaría conocer de cerca y participar en proyectos de reciclaje (a distintas escalas), granjas orgánicas, proyectos turísticos de bajo impacto ambiental. Principalmente en Islas y áreas rurales. Mi intención es replicar los conocimientos adquiridos en el viaje, acá en la Isla de Chiloé.

Me gusta la aventura, la naturaleza y trabajar al aire libre. Busco encontrar proyectos turísticos sustentables, conocer de Buenas Prácticas Ambientales en Servicios Turísticos, aprender y por qué no aportar con nuevas ideas.

Cuento con habilidades de trabajo en equipo, proactivo y de fácil aprendizaje y adaptación.
Mi experiencia laboral, está centrada en con el área Pública (Sanitaria-Ambiental), como Inspector Ambiental y Asesor Técnico en Materias de Medio Ambiente.

Hello, my name is Patrick

My place of residence is Ancud, Chiloé Island, in southern Chile. By profession Engineer in Renewable Natural Resources. I schedule a trip for March 2023. In which I will visit part of North America.
The main interest of this trip is to get to know other cultures and learn by working, specifically the English language, Environmental Management of Solid Waste (Recycling, composting, vermiculture, zero waste, reuse of waste), Organic Agriculture and Nature Conservation. I would love to get up close and personal with recycling projects (at different scales) , organic farms and low environmental impact tourism projects. Mainly in islands and rural areas. My intention is to replicate the knowledge acquired on the trip, here on the Island of Chiloé.

I like adventure, nature and working outdoors. I seek to find sustainable tourism projects, learn about Good Environmental Practices in Tourist Services, learn and why not contribute with new ideas.

I have teamwork skills, proactive and easy to learn and adapt.
My work experience is focused on the Public area (Sanitary-Environmental), as an Environmental Inspector and Technical Advisor on Environmental Matters.
