🌍 Hello Workaway community

I’m Nat 👋🏼 a curious soul, traveler and digital nomad. I’ve been living abroad for over 14 years, and some time ago I left the 9-to-5 behind to follow a freer, more intentional way of life, one that allows me to connect with people, places and projects that value conscious living.

These days I’m traveling across Europe in my 5.4 m campervan, Anouk aka “Die Schnecke” 🐌, my little snail home on wheels. I love chasing nature, meaningful experiences, and beautiful human connections along the way.

Over the years, I’ve worked in wellness centers, cafés, German biergartens, tourist accommodations and community projects in different countries. That kept me away from Workaway for a while, but now that I’m back on the road, I’m excited to reconnect with this amazing community and take part in new projects.

Traveling, for me, is a way back to myself. I enjoy the simple things: nature, honest conversations, learning from others, and being part of projects that bring people together. I’m especially drawn to personal growth, spirituality, creativity, and community living.

Alongside my travels, I run Luna Caribe, my online project where I help conscious entrepreneurs and soulful initiatives with communication, storytelling, and strategy. It’s my way of weaving creativity and purpose together.

Workaway has been such a gift in my journey, not only for helping with natural building, gardening, hospitality, or sustainable living, but most importantly for the human connections and the feeling of being part of something meaningful.

I speak Spanish, English and Italian, and I’m learning German. I’m always happy to share a language exchange. I enjoy working with my hands just as much as sharing ideas over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine 😉

I’ve gathered a mix of practical and people-focused skills that fit well with hospitality, eco-projects, house care, and life in the mountains:

* Hospitality & Guest Services:
Experience in cafés, wellness centers, a traditional Biergarten, and tourist accommodations. I enjoy welcoming guests, helping with check-ins, housekeeping, creating a warm atmosphere, and supporting daily operations.

* Kitchen Support:
Comfortable helping with food prep, organisation, cleaning, and keeping the space running smoothly. I learn fast and adapt easily to new routines.

* Eco-projects & Outdoor Work:
Through Workaway I’ve done natural building, gardening, painting, basic landscaping, and general maintenance. I love being outdoors and working with my hands.

* House-sitting & Space Care:
Used to taking care of homes, keeping spaces tidy, organised and running well. Responsible, reliable and detail-oriented.

* Teamwork & Mountain Life:
I enjoy active environments and don’t mind physical tasks. I adapt well to changing conditions (weather included!) and I’m used to working in seasonal or high-energy environments.

* Communication & Creativity:
On the digital side, I’m originally trained as a publicist and I currently work remotely as a marketing & communication consultant. I enjoy helping hosts with social media, content, storytelling and creating a more authentic online presence when needed.

In general, I’m organised, proactive and pretty good at staying calm(ish) when things get busy, I guess road life teaches you that... one step at a time and with a positive mindset. I work well independently but also love contributing to a team. I work well independently, but also really enjoy being part of a team.

What else ...

I live full-time in my campervan Anouk while travelling and working seasonally, and I am fully self-sufficient. I don't need a room or facilities, just a quiet place to park is perfect. And if that's not possible, I’m also happy to stay in the accommodation you provide.
