Hi, I'm Michele! 🇮🇹
I'm currently in Rishikesh🇮🇳 I came here looking for an immersive experience with nature and yoga while exploring new paths in life—and I definitely found it! 😀
I discovered a passion for yoga, which has inspired me to travel to India to become a certified yoga instructor and now I 'm a 200h kundalini TTC teacher, I'm also going deeply into pranayama , I've got a sound healing lv 3 certificate and I'm practicing yoga all days with amazing teachers . By the end of September I'm willing to start to teach what I learnt in India🇮🇳.


In the past months I was in Australia, I’ve gained practical experience in **gardening, painting, carpentry, and hospitality** through various farm jobs and Workaway projects. I'm a fast learner, open-minded, and always ready to help with whatever is needed. I enjoy working as part of a team but I'm also happy to take initiative and work independently.

I’m excited to keep learning, meeting new people, and contributing wherever I can. Looking forward to connecting!

I finished my 200h Kundalini TTC in Rishikesh, I studied meditation,pranayama and I have a sound healing lv 3 certificate. I'm still studying and practicing in India until the end of September and I would love to start to share what I learnt.
By the way I did many jobs in my life I worked with animals, on farms, in cleaning companies, construction and I’m a good cook.
