Hi! My name is Maxim, and I'm a 24-year old documentary filmmaking student from Belgium. I would describe myself as an open-minded and curious person.

I try to get a taste of as many things in life as possible. I got my bachelor's degree in marketing, then I decided to study music production for a year, and now I am in my third bachelor year of film. I studied abroad for half a year in Utah (US), and that experience got me even more eager to make the most out of my life by participating in as much adventures and new things as possible. I spent a month Couchsurfing in the US, worked on a farm in Panama (with Wwoof) and helped at an eco-lodge in Kenya. which were all incredible experiences.

I grew up in a family where it is normal to help in the household and also generally roll up your sleeves when things need to be done. I am not a lazy person at all, and I get great satisfaction from helping others. I also have a large garden at home so I have experience in some basic gardening things.

I grew up in a family where it is normal to help in the household and also generally roll up your sleeves when things need to be done. I would also say I am a handy person, I have learned a lot from my father over the years, and I've been building treehouses and other woodwork things since I was a little kid.

I grew up between different animals, we had donkeys, a lot of goats, chickens and cats. So I have definitely always had a great love for animals, and am used to take care of them.

I have been longtime a member and leader of some kind of what they call 'boy scouts' in Belgium, so there I learned a lot of practical skills as well.

I love music! I am listening to music every single day and I play the drums! I have a broad interest in a lot of different genres, ranging from classical, to jazz, to country, to indie folk, to hiphop, ... I am always very happy to share some music, talk about music, or play music together!
